I just tried to become an NSXCA member. I filled everything out via the nsxca website, clicked the Paypal payment button, and after I clicked 'I agree to these terms', my Paypal browser instantly disappeared. Any one else experience this? Not sure if I should try again. Any way I can simply call it in and pay by phone?
