Late to this thread, but I'd like to add to it as well.
I've known Mike for over 12 years now, and he is one of the most generous, considerate, and caring people I know.
When I first met him, our nickname for him was the "Diplomat" because he always seemed to know how to handle a situation and make it seem like everyone came out on top.
