Wow man, that's not cool. Don't come into another man's house and insult his things (calling them rice?). We're bringing nsxprime's server to its knees just because we need to get our jollies reading this thread, yet they've still been really nice and generous to us noobs flooding their board (and even posting full size pics of cars that have nothing to do with NSX'es... the focus of this board) and making it almost unuseable to the regulars.
This is their house, we are guests, let's not come in here and act like jerks, yeah? I'd like to stick around.

If you are referring to the spoiler on Yawwns NSX it goes well with the car and would be functional judging by the aerodynamics of the NSX IMO.

So, if it weren't illegal they wouldn't be doing it? Hahahaha! Dumbass!
First off, there are casinos that will not accept customers from the USA. Second, the casinos operate outside of the US. They are in countries that will not cooperate with the US government in prosecution of a gambling case.
The ones that do take US bets aren't exposing themselves to that much practical risk from doing so. Prosecutors don't go after targets that they can't reach. Combine that with limits of law-enforcement resources and political pressure from the WTO, and it isn't a surprise that there have not been any prosecutions.
I'm not sure what "untested legal theory" of mine you are talking about. If you are talking about my argument that just running advertisements may subject the advertiser to liability, then you again display your ignorance. That common-law principle has been around since the Middle Ages. It is also codified in 18 USC § 2.

Having been a long-time member, I am also glad that that the thread is diminishing, and that we are able to slowly get back to the other topics of Prime.
