not sure if its a repost but awesome video to justify the cost and wait time for our Rays wheels.

Rays wheels process video

Great video, didn't know it require this many steps creating forged wheels. Somethings are worth the price, just like NSX.

Unfortunately 90% of the Volks Racing wheels I see on the road are fake/copies. Even in Southern Cal, I don't see genuine ones too often, when I do see the real ones they are usually on NSX, S2000, Skylines, Supra, 350Zs.

Thanks very much for the link! In the final step the qualitiy control man is holding a Rays Campionato 7-spoke I have. Very impressive!

Out of all the wheels I sell, I still believe that the Ray's line is the best as far as performance, quality and looks. Those who are impatient and don't think waiting for 3-5 months for a set of wheels is worth it, ask anyone that bought a set, and they will tell you it is worth every penny, and second. You will NOT have any regrets with the product received.

nice found NIC ...........

Ive had my Volk GTP's for maybe a month or two and they have grown on me. I live the finish and the quality. Very lightweight and I love them.

Great video. Makes my 8 month wait easier to digest.

My friend found a nice article explaining forging v. casting that you might find interesting as well.

No, he was saying it is not online to view at this time, hence the reason I questioned your extroverted appreciation.

I have a copy of the video Nico originally post here:

I suddenly feel better for having blown a few thousand dollars on a couple of sets of Rays wheels. :)
