recurring steering wheel vibration - 60-75 mph

Question for the forum guys. last fall after taking the car in, I was told the
"cupping" in my front tires was causing the shaking in my steering wheel
just over 60 mph.. since then, I've
1) done upper and lower ball joints
2) done an alignment (old wheels and tires mind you)
2) replaced all new wheels TSW forged, parabolicas (with appropriate rings
3) replaced all tires

but the shaking still is there - to top it all of there is a new "clanging" from the front right
that occurs when hitting bumps at lower speeds... ugh.

BTW the Shaking goes away above 75 MPH and sometimes isnt there at all then just starts, all in the 60-75 mph range

when the wheels were getting re-balanced, they said the stabilizer links were a "little bit loose" but I dont know if this would clang or be a contributor to the shaking..

any thoughts or avenues I should look at?

new stabilizer links are going in in 2 weeks so we've got that covered..

thinking tie rods are the next area to investigate

Cupping comes from old shocks.

My WAG is tie rod ends. And of course rubber bushings on all links of any kind.

Check CV axles and retorque the bolts on the axles

Sounds like you need a balance.try taking to a place that does road force too not just balance. To much road force will cause vibration too.

will be going in for the road force balance... I'll also have them look at the tierod ends as well while the wheels are off.

force balance didnt solve the problem, wheels and tires are true and perfectly balanced... ugh more triage needed
