Rock solid seller with outstanding integrity. Listed a spare tire and rim and after we'd agreed a price and I had paid, he realized that there was some damage to the tire when he was double checking it for leaks before shipping it. Contacted me with close up pictures and offered to refund the sale price, give me a discount or ship it and if I didn't like it, refund the money anyway. I took option (B) and am very happy with the tire and rim despite the small age cracks in the tire. Great communication, quick to refund the difference between what I paid and the discounted price we agreed upon and the wheel/tire was well packaged and shipped quickly after I'd paid. Thanks Phong.
