I did a search and didn't see this mentioned anywhere on Prime.

Has any one used this pulley design on their BBSC or Comptech supercharger?
I know the BBSC has belt slip at high rpm and the Reichard Racing pulley has solved this for the supercharged Cobras and Comptech SC on s2000s and others.
I was wondering, since us BBSC owners have to over tighten the tensioner which causes the bearing to wear out faster, if this would help out.

This can also be done to you pulley.

Here are pictures of the pulley.

I've had my machinist shot-peen the pulleys ($20), to reduce belt slip. worked pretty well. Other than that, i'd say the overall design of the bbsc is probably better suited for 12-13psi or less with regards to belt slip, bearing ratings, and coupler materials.

Do you have any pictures of the pulley? Is it the same process?
