Return fuel line from rear fuel pipe

So I am looking to replace the return fuel line from the rear manifold to a steel line that (I think) goes back to the fuel filter (area).
This is less than a foot of plain old flexible fuel line. I found the part number 37867-RH2-E00 - I think it is right, but the OEM price shows over $65.00.
I kind of like to go the OEM route, but if this is the case I may break my oath. Do I have the right part?
