Back from the Silicon-Valley-dead.
OMG everything you read about this nonsensical place, hey folks, it's true. And I can't tell you how many times I point to the screen – HBO's Silicon Valley – scream and yell, I know that crazy freak! Hey folks, it's all true. I walk by the local coffee shop, Philz coffee in Palo Alto, and at least once a week I'll see somebody flapping their elbows in that crazy "my doors don't open like this!"

As a few of you may know, Apple acquired my healthcare startup Gliimpse last year :smile:
After helping drive strategy (which means sitting in meetings, ugh), and building out an amazing health engineering team, I recently negotiated a favorable separation from Cupertino, yeah.
Since then my wife Meenu and I flew to Maryland where my parents live and where my little sister Tania is being treated for Stage IV metastatic breast cancer. While Johns Hopkins is giving her the standard treatment, I am running down clinical trials for Checkpoint Inhibitors and Immunotherapy. Tania, it would seem, is my current "startup."
Bit I'm back in Palo Alto for a week, surfing automotive porn last night. After a year of driving 458 Speciale, night and day, rain or shine, I conclude the following – it's the most brilliant everyday car ever made. It's also…somewhat antiseptic. I miss the foreplay of between three pedals and only two feet. So it's back to a manual transmission for me. If I could find a modified 2010 Porsche 911 GT3 RS, else…
...if someone has a CT Supercharged LBBP for sale, manual, well I could just wire funds.
