Simple request for anyone with a 2002 to 2005 NSX

I requested in the picture section with no luck, over 500 views but no answer.....

Can anyone who has a 2002 to 2005 NSX please verify the color of the leather on the parking brake handle?

I am upgrading to the perforated leather on my 1992 NSX and there is a different part number for the perforated handle for the 1999 to 2001 as compared to the 2002 to 2005.

The 1999 to 2001 is listed as "real black" and the 2002 to 2005 is listed as "bright brown."

I would just order the 1999 to 2001 handle; however, it is $50 more then the 2002 to 2005 handle.

I just wanted someone who has a 2002 to 2005 to confirm if the handle is indeed a bright brown color or is it basically black.

I will look tonight to confirm but the Honda/Acura material is extremely hard to match because it is actually a gray/black.

I am going to order the handle from Honda, I just don't know which one to order. The black leather in the 1992 is "real black" but if the "bright brown" 2002 + handle appears to be black, I will order the 2002 up handle and save $50. Your door panel insert leather is "real black" so maybe you could compare the parking brake handle against the door leather.

Here you go. My 2005 New Formula Red Exterior, Tan and Black Interior. PERFORATED REAL BLACK BRAKE HANDLE and it's not leather. Jack
