I go to Streets and Big Willow regularly with OTR, Speedtrial, Speedventures, etc...but, don't see many NSX's...please count me in!

Gene, I didn't see your question until just now.

I was probably going around 80 at the end of the front straight. Coming out of the skid pad area, I may be able to hit the apex at around 40.
Streets of Willow track layout
Another fast area is the back straight. Even though the length is shorter, but coming out of the bowl, I was able to get the speed up to around 60 tracking out. The bowl is banked, so you can actually take it a lot faster through the turn and build up your "track out" speed.

I normally just mind the RPM and not so much the speed. So I really don't know exactly how fast I was going. I know that I'd hit the rev limiter sooner on the back straight than the front straight. Other more skillful driver may have different experience.

Not trying to be modest, but I'm probably in the early stage of an intermediate group. Just know enough to be dangerour. So for the more advanced drivers, please feel free to jump in.

The most I've seen at the streets was my first track event with around 12 to 15 NSXs at the streets. We were with STUSA and I believe most of us were first timers.

I wouldn't mind doing the clockwise in the morning / counter-clockwise in the afternoon thing.

At some point in time, we should discuss the logistics of this event, registration, tech, instructors, newbies,...

Most beginner drivers drive through banked turns slower than over cooking them. The area that gets people in trouble are the off camber turns.

I'm still waiting for the available dates so that the group can pick a date. I'll have Patrick the organizer to get thing rolling. CW and CCW in one day is definitely going to be fun for all.
 
Have room for one maybe 2 more ? I can take the NSX or CRX

You can put me in either group, I have a ton of laps / races on the big track (SCCA Spec Racer), but have only been on the streets once and that was in a Spec Racer many years ago. Since this will be my first track event with my NSX and I haven't raced in 10 years, I'll leave it up to you guys.
