"Squeak" in steering when turning left

One other issue I noticed, when I make left turns there is a small audible squeak...any ideas what that might be?

There is no difference in the steering speed turning left or right and the functionality appears to be absolutely normal...just when I turn the wheel to the left it makes a small squeaking noise maybe coming from the steering column itself.

Next time I'm home I need to get the valve cover gasket replaced so I'll get the problem diagnosed then but that won't be for a few weeks. Nice to have some advice on what it might be.

Thanks in advance!

Any ideas? Reading on old threads says that there is a clicking noise when the steering rack is going. It's definitely not a clicking noise and the steering seems totally fine. No EPS light either. What suspension components could it be? Tie rods?
