Thoughts on NASA in touch with Aliens for years?

For post #500, I just want to say that I hope all of you believers are correct. No one would be more pleased than I if we were to establish contact with an extraterrestrial civilization.

However, it's going to take a lot more than anecdotes and grainy photos to convince me. If the aliens want me to partake in their endeavors, they'll need to do something like landing on the Capitol mall, like Michael Rennie did.

I believe it was IKE that pointed out they were flying in NAZI Luftwaffe formation. Since that observation, they started flying erratically.

Well on many different occasions, these astronauts saw something tracking their space capsule... and it seemed to have intelligence as it followed them... Now with the 20+ years they had in the armed forces, and the countless years in training at NASA, I think they would be able to tell the difference between an intelligently controlled craft versus a reflection on the window... i mean seriously... This type of thing happened every single time they went out into space... "They" were watching our every move as its a pretty historical event for humans to be able to leave this planet on our own.

So I'm sure "They" would be very interested as we are welcomed as cosmic neighbors... regardless if the masses realize it or not...

That's the thing -- if it was "following" them, it could just as easily been a reflection.

With all the tech, why can't they take a clear picture? Why does everything always have to be so blurry? I see pictures of the ISS that are in super high-res in crystal clarity -- but something as dramatically important as an alien spaceship only comes up blurry.

Giant Ribbon Discovered at the Edge of the Solar System

October 15, 2009: For years, researchers have known that the solar system is surrounded by a vast bubble of magnetism. Called the "heliosphere," it springs from the sun and extends far beyond the orbit of Pluto, providing a first line of defense against cosmic rays and interstellar clouds that try to enter our local space.
