His last post on Spike.com was about going out to the desert on a "spiritual quest" or something like that. Might have gotten dehydrated.

P.S. From SI.com - Police think his motorcycle ran out of gas and he was walking in 118-degree heat, succumbed to heat.

You can just search Google news for it. I didn't like him as a fighter but I was so sad to read the news about him. I couldn't help think about some of those Survivorman episodes. RIP Evan Tanner!

His motorcycle ran out of gas and he was walking across the desert in 115 degree temps. Before he left he said if he had an equipment failure he would most likely die.
