I purchased the Blitzsafe adapter, and then purchased a "Y" adapter that hooks up to my headphone plug and goes to the RCA inputs on the Blitzsafe adapter. I love it, it works great and I have tons of music. In my opinion it was cheaper and almost easier then buying a cd changer to install in the trunk. I have the Sony HD-1 with 20gig. It took a bit of research at first to find everything I needed, it was easy to find Ipod stuff but that's not what I have.
