I called them about this. They told me that everyone gets the same price no matter how many are bought(u huh) and if you want a discount, buy the refurbished units. They come with the same warranty and are priced less(I believe it was 350).

They quoted me 375 last time...so for the difference in price i opted for a new unit.

I paid full price $399 for a new one, and I think so far it has saved me more than 10x, at rough calculation of $200 per speeding ticket, that's ~$2000. My $0.02
