Thats awesome! Which track days do you normally hit up? I've been going to the Definitive Driving/A&J Racing track days for years... its 90% hondas. Plus you get the most track time of all the other track days.

I use them mostly as fillers to shake down any mods/changes/upgrades prior to race weekends.

We should try to hook up next year.

MAJOR UPDATE

I've got some slight bad news.... word has it, Dec 8th is the same day as the Toy Run. Also, Tim at MPS had a sudden change of plans due to family commitments.

Thus, we have RESCHEDULED the Dyno Day to the following week - Saturday Dec 15th.

Hopefully this will give some of you more time to organize and get up here

I've updated the original post with the new info.

damn, wifeys 21st birthday is that day; surprise birthday party, casino, then bar hoping in Seattle :redface: I'm really really going to try to make it in the early morning. I really just wanted to check where i'm at before I start adding more engine mods.

Update: Just finalized some more details for the dyno day, and we have some great news!

Not only is NOS Energy Drinks going to be there giving away free drinks. There WILL be a BBQ with hot dogs/burgers etc for you famished people that are coming

Also, MPS will be doing a dyno contest! Prior to you run, place a guess of how much HP you think you will make and the top 3 closest guessers will win a gift certificate redeemable with MPS.

1st place - $50
2nd/3rd - $25

I will do what I can to make it, but like I said at the "Toys for Tots" I will be working that day, the good news is that since my company is haveing a Christmas party that evening (8:00PM) that they may only give us morning appts (10:00am). Our appts usually last about 2-3 hours, and depending on location, the best time I could possibly make it up to the bellingham area would be between 4-5 o'clock. I would then have to turn right around and be back for the party. So....if I know I can make it can I give you a call the day of so I have a garanteed spot when I show up? Also, I pray that the weather isn't going to be more than just some reagular rain.

As far as I know, yes I will be there. But I will be short on time, I will have to be back in Tacoma, by 7:30 at the latest... How long does the dyno take once the car is on the rack?

Dope!! Glad you can make it!

It only takes about 15 min per car... so lots of time to dyno and hang out/chat/eat

Just want to thank all of you that attented and helped make this event a great and fun one to end the year!

I'd also like to take this opportunity to thank Tam at Attack Racing USA for showcasing some of his new products available to us. Also, a shout out to the NOS Energy Drink guys for supplying everyone with drinks all day. Those new flavors are deeeelicioussss

It was great! Quite a few people showed up despite the short notice on the event. The dyno was running non-stop pretty much all day, from around 10am to 8pm.

We'll probably try to put another one together again in the spring when the weather is nicer and not so cooooold :biggrin:
