weird fault

hi everyone. I hope I am not the only one that has experienced this fault. When I indicate left or use my wipers, my heater blows air for 1 second then stops regardless of what setting I have the heater on.

its annoying and concerning
car is a 91 with tc and abs removed

any ideas?

Capacitors in the heating control unit are shot.

If you know how to solder and rework a PCB you can fix yourself.
There are services that can also fix for a fee. There are numerous postings on prime about this.
