What tranny fluid for 4.55 Final Drive?

What tranny/diff fluid would you guys recommend for a 4.55 Final Drive?

Currently using Motul Gear 300 LS 75W90 since thats what Shad recommends, but I noticed shifting is much notchier than when I had Honda MTF. Maybe GM Syncromesh?

If memory serves when I had the 4.55 Larry B put in the honda oem stuff.

Comptech specified Redline MTL. Been running it in mine since I did the 4.55 R&P in 1997.

Charlotte's been fed nothing but Amsoil fluids since I acquired her 10 years ago with 70K miles. I think my results speak for themselves.
