Wheel center caps noisy - Suggestions?

I am using the Dali Racing center caps on my 16/17" OEM wheels (the default plastic ones were flaking and ugly). Overall, they're a great match and much better than stock, but a couple of them are not snug and make a horrible scraping noise as they spin. What is the proper way to keep them from spinning - Should I splay the fins out a little bit, or is there something else that I should do to make it a tighter fit so they don't rotate?

Quick update - Mark Johnson just got back to me with the reply stating that there are two solutions. The easy way is to wrap black electrical tape on one or more prongs. The "more sexy way" is to dip the offending caps in black tool handle insulating goo from Home Depot. Either way should work.
