where did my avatar go?

i'm not lud, but i can help.

however, you'll need to resize it down from 192pixels to a maximum of 144x144pixels.

Many (if not all) of us have had to reload our avatars with the new software. Doing so is simply enough: you need to click on "user cp" in the top right hand corner of this screen (leftmost button), and then click on "Edit Options." At the bottom of the "Edit Options" screen you will see the ability to "Change Avatar." You can either choose a standard avatar from the list provided, or a custom one if you have one. The standard avatars are sized right; for a custom avatar, as Neo mentions, make sure that it is sized so that it is 144x144 pixels or less in size -- the original .jpg or .gif that is at the link that Neo posts, or that is on your computer, may not be.
