Who's the BEST Northern VA area Dyno tuner for the NSX

I'm looking to get a Comptech SC and I will be installing this myself. I am looking for the best Northern VA area dyno tuner for the NSX. Can anyone recommend anyone in this area.

I took my car to Car Doctor thursday and the guy there"Charlie" was greeee aaaaat!!!! he races toyota's and I was telling him that I want to supercharge my love. He said that the other half of the racing team works at ULtimate Performance in Sterling. I trust this guy Charlie so that's where I am going to take mine when I get the sc this summmer... Ultimate Performance in Streling (they work on a lot of the Redskins cars, I was told).
