After reading some posts on this and related topics I am wondering if I can get AFR with a new CTSC to work out with a stock fuel pump on my 1991 with 49500 miles? If it is lean do I adjust manually on fuel pump? I also am assuming ithe adjustment needs to done on a dyno.

The stock pump will work, YOUR stock pump might be worn out. There is no adjustment on the pump--replace or not are your only options.

The fuel pressure regulator is the only adjustment on a standard CTSC kit.

A dyno doesn't really accurately represent driving on the street, mostly the part having to deal with changes in inertia. A dyno is a really good start though, but nothing will tell you exactly how it will work on the street.

So for the same money and some personal skill development you can buy a testing system. I recommend a datalogging system by InnovateMotorSports, FJO and their competitors.

Good Luck
