When I got my NSX, it had Works Rezax wheels on it in 18s, 19s.
The 19s in the rear made a huge difference in stance and 'filling out' the wheelwell. I have read about some issues of front tire scrubbing with 18 x 8s, but these did not. Amazingly, the car even rode well!
Though most people would consider these a huge 'upgrade' I am an originality nut, so went with OEM 7 spokes in Blades Silver. (The Works wheels are for sale here http://nsxprime.com/forum/showthread.php?p=1502250#post1502250 )
I like having gone back to the original look, but am still 'adjusting' my eyes to the wheel/fender gap in the rear. Since I've no intentions to track the car, the performance difference has no bearing to me.
