V.5 pretty much sounds like my car did with one open header and no cats before I had the header repaired and the cats put on. It's very difficult to live with day to day, forget talking on the cell phone even with bluetooth and every time there was a cop around, I had to be extremely careful.
that sounds awesome! what other mods (intake, headers) are you running with it.
but i gotta tell you that it sounds alot like my taitec lightweight. I know that it is impossible to compare one in person against one on recorded media but my combo with comptech headers, bypass and rm air intake along with the taitec produces a wicked sound and sounds like the F1. I get asked weekly about the sound and all love it. I get the typical sounds like a ferrari to sounds absolutely wicked. I was considering this gt exhaust but would have to hear it in person and ideally with similar mods to really know what i like. nonetheless yours sounds totally awesome!:biggrin:

By now I know this exhaust pretty well so if you have a question let me know. The valve is fully adjustable... from 0 to 100%. You can get it single or dual tip with 02+ valence. You need to specify your CAT type to Hitoshi. About 30 pounds for the stainless and 20 (I have more exact figures if you need) for the titanium. Stock is 43 pounds. About $2700 at the time I ordered mine for the stainless and $4000 for the titanium. Add shipping, and customs. Its not cheap. Wait is about 2 months... Stainless models also have the burned titanium tip look. This is because of the type of steel used. Other types simply brown. The valve changes the sound volume by over 10 dB. The valve is made by Apexi and is electronically controlled. The 5.1 version is the same thing minus the valve. Just a high pitched loud one all the time. When I receive it, I will post some clips for you.
Why does the NSX in the second video have an ironing board attached to the its rear?
It's the japanese thing. That is the GT-One NSX featured in GT-Rom.net isn't it? From the site it appears the exhaust on this NSX has dual tip under the 02 valance.
