I was wondering about the snap ring issue as well. I checked my transmission J4A4-1004490 my 92 na1 was manufactured in August of 1991. There is also an ink stamp with a green dot on top of my trans case under air box labels 4821...does this mean snap ring clearance issue was addressed?

So I saw the problem with the clutch grommets deteriorating on my 1st gen (1992) preventing vehicle operation. I grew tired of wedging myself in there. So I uploaded a picture of the FOREVER fix for these nasty buggers. The fix is a 1/4" screw, nut, and washer. I JB welded over the Phillips hole...

So I saw the problem with the clutch grommets going bad and preventing vehicle operation. The forever fix is a 1/4" screw, nut, and washer as you can see in the picture. I JB welded the screwdriver hole and hit it with 1500 grit sandpaper...I haven't had a problem with it in half a decade :).

my 92 nsx wont crank and no fuel pump prime when I turn key to "run". when key is turned to "run" position I am only getting 8.01 v going into fuel pump relay from main relay and same v at fuel pump resistor during priming phase(i know fuel pumps run on 12v not 8;)). i went ahead and bypassed...
