Clutch grommets hack

So I saw the problem with the clutch grommets going bad and preventing vehicle operation. The forever fix is a 1/4" screw, nut, and washer as you can see in the picture. I JB welded the screwdriver hole and hit it with 1500 grit sandpaper...I haven't had a problem with it in half a decade :).
