As a subsitute a Mercedes space saver can be used, either as a replacement tyre or with slight mods to the wheel as a wheel and tyre.

NA1 probably not, NA2 maybe. For the later it may comply with the Euro 4 standard, but whether it would be universally accepted is a separate question.

Without knowing the vagaries of US, Euro LHD cars; I would suspect the difference is the fabricated box out within which the electronic window/ locking(?) controller sits. On UK RHD cars this is on RH (UK drivers) side, from memory the LH (UK passengers) side is plain. If you have the door cards...

Solution 2, use the tyre only from a Merc SLK and get your local tyre fitter to bring blood to his eye balls by removing [the non removable OEM tyre from the OEM rim]...
Your car dos'n't pull to the left or the right.
The tracking print out is in spec, but your steering wheel is 10 degrees off centre.
So it's just that the steering wheel isn't dead ahead when you're driving in a straight line.

Two solutions,
i)buy a second hand NSX spare, have the rotted rubber removed and replace with newer from a second hand Mercedes SLK,
ii) just buy the mounted second hand SLK wheel and tyre and adjust the pcd to fit.

For any OEM 'cross headed' screws/fixings make sure your screwdrivers conform to a JIS standard, do not use a standard 'philips' screwdriver.

If you think that they are unplugged or loose surely thats the answer before replacement with new?

You can also and very easily trigger the EPS31 code if your main relay is starting to fail, and introduces intermittent, momentary 'cuts' in power.
Have you seen, say, the speedo and rev counter drop to zero and then resume their previous position.
