How is the high beam switch supposed to operate? Mine isn't working and the mechanic says it is supposed to lock into place in the high beam position but he is hardly an NSX specialist... if there is such a thing. Currently it acts as a toggle and doesn't stay on. Is it supposed to be a toggle...

Unfortunately the lighting relay and dimmer switch relay did NOT do the trick. I don't know what the problem is at this point. Incidentally I discovered that the door locks lock when you press unlock and unlock when you press lock. Whoever messed with the electrical on this thing really...

That answers the most important question I think. I was really worried there was another wire cut somwhere way down the wire harness. I'm still looking forward to getting my new lighting relay to see if that will solve the problem. Thanks a ton again sir!

Tracked this down and thought it might be helpful for others too. If you have popup headlights, 2000-2001 should work. These have been very helpful to me as has the service manual at the link below: http://www.nsxprime.com/FAQ/Reference/1991_svcman/1991servman.pdf

Thanks for the response. After pulling apart the main fuse box I see there are multiple potential problems. The previous owner or owners had been tinkering in the fuse box for some unknown reason and splicing and re-routing a couple wires. I think I have the wires back the way they should...

SRS - belts and air bags I'm in the same boat as you with the airbags, seat belts etc. Were you able to get your seat belts resolved?
