I have personally restored 26 mid years Corvettes I've owned to NCRS Top Flight / Bloomington Gold standards, and my NSX is nearly as nice as those cars. Based on the scale provided, my car is a 1.5.

I don't know about a '95 NSX like the OP has, but Hagerty has a #1 condition 1991 NSX valued at $50,000 and a #2 condition 1991 NSX valued at $38,100.

One of my best friend's brothers (who is a huge Austin Healey collector) was at the Amelia Island Concours in March. A renowned car broker he knows told him that he should purchase an NSX right now, as he felt the car was poised to appreciate dramatically in value over the next few years.

I have a staggered set of 17/18 Enkei PF01's on my car. Make sure to get the 18x9.5 rear with a 35mm offset (not the 45mm offset that's shown on the Tirerack website). I've attached a picture showing how the 35mm rear looks on my car.

I do have 215's on the front wheels and have never rubbed with my set up.
