Was the "Final Estimate" performed by physically dismantling the damaged portions of the car? Its quite common to find more damage once they start opening the car up. I'm gonna say 41k of damages doesnt really look all that bad, just cuz the prices of some of the parts. And an 80% threshold...

Take it to Bell's Auto Center in costa mesa, ca. They work on lambos, ferraris, and quite a few NSX's. I have yet to see someone match paint as well as they do. Talk to Havier- great guy. G'luck with the fix.
