    The different need for 'thin' vs 'thick' really depends on what phone/case you use. Thin should fit most phones and slimmer cases.     If you mean 200-300 degrees in Fahrenheit, then I think there should be no issues. ABS glass transition temp (when it will get soft) is around 105C (221F). 'Melting' point is about 200C (392F). So there's a chance the piece may soften up, depending on the bay temp, but I don't see it melting if...
