Front fender wheel opening to tire clearance issues on 1994 NSX

I have the KW-3 suspension system on my car with 225/40 X 17s on HRE 17 X8.5" 3 piece wheels on front, and 275/35 X 18s on HRE 18 X 10" 3 piece wheels on back. The rears fir perfectly with opening lip 1" above tires. The fronts, however, are a bi closer and interfere under cornering over...

    fastest nsx 1/4 mile?

The cost/benefit ratio for improving NA-1 1991 - 1994 NSX 5M acceleration is not so bad if you simply want to dip into the 12s and get closer to a 4 second 0-60. Adding free flow intake, headers and a free flow muffler will yield increases all through the rev range. Mine registered 203 rwt...

My Dali Racing Experience - Did I Screw Up?

I ordered a bunch of stuff from Mark Johnson's DALI RACING earlier this year. I received everything but the Ironside Coolant tank ($279) and the steering rack bushing kit (~$30). Despite my best efforts, my emails regarding a ship date have gone unanswered.:mad::frown: I just wonder if...

RC Engineering 440cc injectors for NSX

Eaton M112 Supercharger may need 440cc injectors I don't know if I need bigger injectors, but will be interested if I do. I am going to setup for only 6psi to start, so good FMU & pump may do the deed. But when I go to deck blocks and 10 - 12 psi, I'll probably need bigger injectors.:)

For Daily Drivers of NSX...What your gas mileage like?

I get 17 -18 city driving easy or hard. On highway I get 24 - 27 depending on aggression level. On track, I easily dip below 7.

Fastest SC, Turbo'd NSX in the quarter?

My 94 has headers, freeflow exhaust & intake and I weigh about 285. Launching on conrete at 4000 rpm, I ran 13.93 @ 104.6mph - my only GTech measurement. I bogged a bit (it was slightly uphill and the weather was near 100 and muggy) It would be my guess that cool weather and a more agreesivew...

New Asphalt at Hallett having some problems

To Mozzam, Eric, and Vaughn: Alright, I spun twice in the last Sunday session and got my wrist lapped by the steward, "We generally make you sit out the rest of the session if you go off twice, but I'll make an exception; just stay on the track." Well - I decided to redline 2nd before I braked...

6-speed for pre-97 cars - where and how much?

I realize that I can go to a Short gear setup + the highest numerical (lowest ratio) rear end for several thousand bucks, and probably knock a bunch off acceleration times. But I really rather have a six speed. Any input as to how to proceed? Sheldon (suffering through life with only 5 ratios)

    WIngs, anyone?

I'm just a Mexican who did make it all the way to OK. Tell me - what is better - a Honorary Texan or an Ornery Texan?

New Asphalt at Hallett having some problems

The worst part of Hallett's track problems were corrected before this summer. The replacement of "turtles" with FIA curbing and quite a few patching, paving, and smoothing areas definitely helped the track - especially at "The Bitch" where I went from tiptoeing to drift braking. The problem...

    WIngs, anyone?

I've seen lots of nice aero aids for NSX's, but I decided to build my own. The front piece is a polycarbonate, neoprene, and 6061 T-6 aluminum air dam that compresses vertically from 1 1/2" groung clearance(without damage)to within an inch of stock height, despite maintaining full ground...
