    Fuel Pump Resistor Weirdness

Oh, one other thing, I do hear the fuel pump run to prime when the keys is turned.

    Fuel Pump Resistor Weirdness

So I did a pressure test with the fuel regulator disconnected and at first, the gauge read 50 psi and dropped a little when I put the vacuum hose back on the regulator. Then I noticed that there was a leak and shut it down, retightened everything, and started the car. No leak, but the pressure...

    Fuel Pump Resistor Weirdness

Thanks. No gas smell, but I wouldn't rule out the injectors needing a cleanup. I will do the pressure test first and see where it goes. I priced the fuel pump job and it's coming in around $550.00. I think that's low enough to outsource this time!

    Fuel Pump Resistor Weirdness

Thanks! I changed the filter about 2 months ago. I will test fuel pressure next.

    Fuel Pump Resistor Weirdness

Thanks for the suggestions, guys. Sorry about the delay in responding; I stupidly posted the question and then went out of town. I'm so appreciative of the explanations that help me learn more about the inner workings of my NSXs (92 & 93!). Anyway, I have a lot more information (and I think...

    Fuel Pump Resistor Weirdness

Hi Guys: I have a mystery going that I was hoping someone could solve or at least point me in the right direction. I got my timing belt service, which included fixing all the parts that should be fixed at the time (coils, water pump, etc.). Subsequent to that, the car would idle like a dream...

    92 or 93?

Ha, now that's good thinking. Actually, I've owned the 92 for almost 20 years, but have no service records prior to my ownership. That said, I know the car pretty well after all this time with it, but as was pointed out above, not having service records is a ding (the 93's are complete). The...

    92 or 93?

Okay guys, I found some info on the transmissions in, of all places, NSX Prime! Speedmaster mentions in one of his posts: "...I think we all know the SR8 prefix serial numbers were from the replacement case transmissions." Another post by Kaz-kzukNA1: You can find the information in the...

    92 or 93?

Oh, mine could be aftermarket as well. Thanks for your input!

    92 or 93?

Yes, Larry the pic was taken just below the throttle body. I too would like to know the history, but unfortunately, it's not available. All I know for sure is that it shifts like a dream. I don't understand why my trans # (if, in fact, that's what the SR8M... number is) does not conform to...

    92 or 93?

Right. the only other difference I've discovered is that the 93 has a key FOB that unlocks the doors.

    92 or 93?

    Gauges are the same.

    92 or 93?

VIN ends with 386. I have looked looked everywhere for the trans # starting with J4A4, but all I see is a bar coded label in that location with the label SR8M-5000203 (as shown). So, I'm a bit confused.

    92 or 93?

Hi Guys: I have a 92 NSX with 48k miles that does not appear to have the snap ring issue. I just bought a 93 NSX with 66k miles. Both are in very good condition, although the 93 is slightly better. I can only keep one. 92 - Pretty much stone stock Needs seats re-done Typical radio issues...

Can 2008 OEM TL wheels fit my 92 NSX?

With spacers, by chance? If so, is there some advice in terms of what those spacers would be? I'm not wanting to do a huge project, create unacceptable tolerances with other components, or compromise vehicle handling, but I sure like the look of those TL wheels. Thanks for the help!
