This is the lower garnish that is attached to the interior trim panel on the drivers side. The tabs are typically broken and/or or missing from improper panel removal. It is item # 53 in the attached illustration. Part# 83599-SL0-A00ZE. This is brand new.
Price $100.00 plus shipping. Inside USA that should be about $30.00. Total $130.00 Thanks.
