Amsterdam - Any recommendations on cool stuff within driving distance?

Heading there for work on Monday for a week and am there thru Sunday. Was looking at what's in driving distance and just noticed.... NURBURING!!!! It's only 3.5 hours away!!!! MY GOD!!!!! Probably closed on weekends to the general public but it just got me thinking, what ELSE is in reasonable distance?
Never been to Europe and I'm completely clueless about the area.

OMG.... Nordschleife is open Saturday night to the public.

I'll try over there, good idea! I see there may be an NSX gathering at Nurburing that very Saturday night!

Nurburg itself is an interesting (albeit small) town. Have a great time and if you like beer at all try to have one (or more) from each region you visit.
