Anyone know if you can remove the 02+ headlights without pulling off front bumper?

nope front bumper must come off there is a bolt on the fenderside that needs to come out. why are you needing to remove the lights did the ballast for the HID go out on one side?
if so don't just fix the one ballast do both at the same time because one will die eventually and one side will be brighter.
but bumper must come off inless you break the light where you can bypass that bolt
