Avatar and prifile pics upside down

Hi Prime,
im tying to upload a profile pic and avatar from my ipad photo collection but it keeps uploading upside down,now granted im a displaced aussie but apart from that what am i doing wrong and how do i fix it?
Also how do i remove the Dog avitar?
Hes not mine and somehow he just got attached to my name.

Could try uploading to photobucket and using the editing tool?

Tried editing it in dropbox then re uploading but get the same result.not a biggie,when i get back to guam maybe my kids can fix this,im too old and aussie i guess.

Hi NSX Prime,i am back in China,though i dont believe thats the problem,i think its an obvious lack of tech ability on my behalf but i am unable to upload tne corrected pic to either my avatar or profile,if you can do this for me it would be greatly appreciated,also whilst the puppy is cute,hes not mine nor did i elect to have him as my avitar/ profile pic.
