Whatever doesn't boil... if you aren't boiling stock fluid I can't think of any reason to switch. If you are boiling it start at the cheap end (i.e. Ford Heavy Duty or something) and work up until you don't boil it anymore. Whatever you use, make sure you flush it regularly... And every time before you go to the track.
