Car slight tilt/lean Driver's side

Setup: Eibach Springs Prokit 1 (just springs) on OEM struts all around.
I've started to notice the fender spacing slightly reduced (about 1 inch) on the driver's side rear tire (and less so on the front tire) compared to passenger side.
If you walk far away from the car and look at it from the end, you will see a slight dip/tilt to the driver's side, but you'll have to look hard.

~115k miles (probably original OEM shocks)
Tires - 18s/19s - 18x7 1/2 OF +40, 19 x 9 1/2 OF +43
Suspension - front: Type R bars x 2; rear: stock bar

thoughts anyone?
? sagging Springs (Eibachs are known for this apparently)
? worn out shocks
?Ideas on replacement - I want ride comfort, never tracked
?thoughts on replacing the shocks/springs yourself (DIY)

Was the car ever hit in right rear quarter?

Or, it is possible the perch that supports the spring has slipped.

I've had springs "collapse" (or "over-settle") in the past. I assume the same may be the case for your Eibachs?

Other spring suggestions? ... Swift, Hyperco. (Surely there are other reputable names that I'm unaware of.)

Thanks Doc, the car has not been in an accident.
Thanks Pain, I was thinking about spring fatigue as well.
I believe the second theory may be on the right track.
