Copyright infringing shirt deleted

Hey guys,

A buddy of mine made me a t-shirt and I thought others would like a chance to snag one. The shirt features a photo filtered pic of an NSX from the internet. And he doesn't use any official names or logos specifically for that reason. I'm no lawyer. What did he do wrong? A pic off the internet? The word NSX? Where is the infringement? Not trying to kick a hornets nest. Asking because I really thought it would be ok.
