So, i work at discount tire and this fella happened to come in aand get some tires mounted. Talked a while and come to find he has a Supercharger kit and turbo kit for the NSX. i told him i'd help him out and post it here. "Its local and anyone can come and take a look" he said.

I figured since i dont have an NSX, i'd let the ones who do, know.
