Does any body know this car?

I would get in contact with the owner/seller check the VIN on this one and do a quick check through carproof.com. Looks like steering wheel was replaced for that Momo one raises slight concern? Maybe it was just changed for a better wheel? Body kit, and rear bumper all replaced with 'JDM'? I dunno what exacly that means? What kind of body kit is it?

Check it out for collison damage, after market seat covers, & body kit... slightly modified looks good otherwise from the pics that is. I think he also means timing belt and not chain? Make sure they can backup the service history on it as well.

Check this out if you haven't already http://www.nsxprime.com/wiki/Purchase_Process

Just my 2c but from looking at pic #6 the driverside door looks like a abnormal gap close to the keyhole area.I would be wary or this car too.Maybe (Angus)Wil knows this car in the Vancouver area? Get the Vin# and run it carfax if you are interested.
Call the owner and ask what the story is on this car and match it up with any details you can find on this car.

Look here in the USA for a mint 91 Sebring silver if thats what you are looking for.

I saw this car when searching the forums but I live in TO. How would I check the car out without having to fly down?

The looks like it is in great shape.

Check to see if it is a USA car as they do quote miles in the ad. It is a repaint of course since the 92s still had black tops. We have a few "builders" in the Vancouver area so be wary. You want to make sure it isn't a salvage title import.

There are lots of knowledgeable owners here. Once you have done the research, you might try posting your request here http://www.nsxprime.com/forums/showthread.php?p=1124531#post1124531

Ya that car has low miles and is in pristine condition from the looks of it.Will be hard to find a cleaner one. All I would do is call the owner ask a million questions, what him bottom dollar is on it ect.. and then you can post in the US forums for a valid member to possibly look at the car for you, someone who knows lots about them. You can post in the right area on prime if anyone knows this car? and you will probably get some responses, also the carfax will give you an idea on it too.If you are interested then pay for a PPI inspection and get the ball rolling if you are ready and serious after that. There is alot of information in the Canada forum on importing a car from the USA.

There is a good looking white one here in Calgary, maybe a little more then you are willing to pay but I am sure you could work him down on the price. Here is the link if you allready have not seen it.

Also not sure on your budget, I seen a red one in Vancouver also, I was interested in it 2 years ago its a 1995T and bank repoed now selling for $39,900, 95,000 kms now.
Here is the link if you are interested in this 1995, I beieve its clean but always do your homework on it as its been 2 years since I carfaxed it.

My friend looked at this one for me over 2 yrs ago.But it never worked out because of shady salesmen trying to take tax money from me that I do not pay,the car was going to be shipped to AB..
It worked out for the best because the same friend that looked at the car for me also knew Stacy'sNSX (ex owner of my car) and was telling me I can eat off his cars they are so clean lol,, I am glad I waited and thanks again for the super clean car you sold me Stacy  .Yellow was not even on my list, but it sure rubbed off on me the more I seen the pictures.

Also this car is for sale again was on my list too 3 years ago.

My friend actually owned it before and I did drive it. He dumped alot of money into this car.I know alot about it if you need info, but there are many cars for sale just get a nice clean one, patience is the key and its winter too so prices are ok right now

One more thing, there is a better selection and many cars in the USA, the price is right too on many. I know the dollar is not the best right now, but that silver for 30k is a nice car if it comes out clean. Good luck in your ventures, I know it took me many many months before I was happy to finally seal a deal on the right car.
If you need any help in the Calgary area I can do a little ground work for you.

You guys are great! You are all very helpful. I am just starting out looking for an NSX. I've always thought my "fun" car would be a S2000 until I talked to my mechanic and Acura sales rep. Firstly I was worried about the cost of maintaining the car and also the cost of buying one. There seems to be some pretty good deals right now and since my job has yet to be effected by the crummy environment I thought right now is a good time to buy. I will make sure I take my time on this purchase.

By the way I'm looking to spend 30-40K before taxes.

The what car from Calgary looks greta but too much $$$.

The white car from Calgary looks great but too much $$$.

Keep in mind the white car has all service records new timing belt and clutch service done, and many parts on it that cost alot like the carbon fiber hood is not cheap. Also no taxes on it because of private sale, maybe you can get 10% or more off the asking price with no taxes. The car looks like it needs nothing, other ones from 30-40k may require thousands in upgrades and service. If you like it do some research on it, might be the car for you.

I would be surprised to see the white one sell for its asking price. Having said that I wouldn't come in with a real low offer, I'd wait and watch his price soften probably down to 45k. Then offer him 42.5k.

Some of the other cars are quite nice to. You'll see more come on the market in the spring. If you can be patient you'll win buying an NSX for sure.

Brent is right though - a properly serviced car is worth the extra money. Trust us on that. It's not just that it's been serviced, but the car has been looked over thoroughly for problems during the last 15-18 years and the problems resolved as they arose.

The white car looks like the roof was painted. Is that a problem?

Not necessarily. Some people prefer to 'update' their cars to the post 94 look. If that's the case then fine, but it's not 'stock original'. If the owner painted anything else, I'd start asking questions. Lots of questions.
