Looks like an old Dali Racing hood.

I remember seeing a massive duct he used with this that mounted in the spare tire location similar to a home made NSXR duct. I’m curious if this came off that early turbo car I’m pretty sure I remember it being yellow. Or it could have been one of the “bostzilla” cars with the front mounted Intercooler.
