Going-away party for Virgil and Charry?

We have a two-week window left when we can have a going-away gathering for Virgil and Charry.
I checked with Virgil, and we agreed to meet at our home during our 30th annual Spring Festival on Saturday, April 27, from 2 to 10pm.
Our party is family-friendly, potluck (bring whatever you like to eat and drink), with
a Maypole, croquet, book exchange, and a free area where folks bring things they don't need and take away things they want (anything left over goes to an appropriate charity).
Our cul-de-sac is not paved, but we will have a special parking area for our NSXes.
