I bought this on November 22 directly from Grom via ebay for $136.

I installed it in my 2005, but then realized this grom version didn't have the option of controlling an old 30-pin ipod. (I am both old and old school!)
So I unplugged this one and bought their other version (USB-3) and installed that.
Anyway, this is mint and works great. It connects to the CD changer cable. (So you can no longer use your cd changer.)
There are three places you can install it:
1) stick it in your trunk and plug it into the cd changer wire there.
2) on the rear bulkhead behind the driver's seat- there's a disconnect for the cd changer wire there (that's what I did)
3) behind the radio in the dash
It includes a microphone for bluetooth phone calls which you'd install wherever you like if you wanted to make bluetooth calls. (I didn't do that.)
They have an optional $15 cable that provides a wired 1/8" input, you can buy that from them if you want one.

There are lots of threads here of folks who have installed one, just search Prime for grom and you'll find lots of pics and tips on installation.
Anyway, I paid about $140 including tax.
