whats the difference between the GromAudio Ipod adapter vs the Neo ipod adapter besides the Neo having iphone support. Is there something else even better ?

Wait, the Neo does the IPhone3G? Because the GromAudio doesn't charge the 3G, but it still plays. The GromAudio works perfectly (plays & charges) the Original IPhone.
