Hard time removing Park lamps

I am trying to remove the park lamps in the bumper, so that i can wire the daytime running lights. The bottom of the unit doesnt have screws to hold it anymore.. and i try to push it out from the back, but it just wont come out. Do you know how the lenses are being held onto the bumper?

This has been addressed at least 10x before, do a search in DIY & owners forums. It's also in the manual you just downloaded today if you go to the right section.
