Is there a connector/dongle that can replace the hard-wired gen 4/5 iPhone connector wire?
A couple doo-dads will allow it;
Bluetooth receiver;

Something to power it in the car;

A female cig lighter plug to hardwire, if you don't want to solder onto the cig lighter adapter itself;
(use only the female part of this of course)

And an RCA cable;

Combine all that and you'll be set! The RCA goes from the bluetooth receiver output to the interface's RCA inputs.
I called USA Spec at 001-626-336 3836 in early January 2016 to ask which Bluetooth audio receiver the PA11-HON is compatible with.
They said the PA-11HON needs to receive a digital signal through its 30 pin docking connector in the form of an Apple-specification serial data communication protocol and they aren't aware of any aftermarket Bluetooth receiver that does that.
However, USA Spec are working on a Bluetooth add-on which will attach via the PA11-HON's RCA inputs and does not require a battery or any additional wiring. That should be out in February 2016. Since I'm happy with my PA11-HON, I'm going to wait to see how that turns out.
