Join your NSX friends for a day of Karting at CalSpeed Kart Track in Fontana. Bring your kart, if you have kids bring them and their karts too!! This is open practice.
Come out and join ANYTIME (John), Si (Si), UFO (Mike), Ilya (Ilya), NSX-ster (Mark), Myself and possibly Doug and Wayne (the cheating bastards), etc......
Venue: CalSpeed Kart Track - California Speedway, Fontana California (West end of facility)
Date: Saturday - November 27th, 2010
Track Time: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM / Gates open at 8:30 AM and close at 6:00 PM (NO overnight camping)
Time Note: We found it better to arrive at track later than when it opens (around 10 am) this way all the hot shoe drivers have rubbered up the track and by the afternoon they start leaving. After 12PM the track has optimal grip with less traffic.
Fees: $45.00 per driver / $12.00 all non-drivers - Fees after 1:00 PM = $30.00/$10.00
Please be sure to bring plenty of water and sun screen.
There are a couple of fast food places (Jack ITB, Carls Jr and Subway) down the street off the 10 Fwy on Cherry. As long as you have a wrist band you can go in and out of the karting complex.
